The First ‘Hellboy’ Trailer Is Everything You Want It To Be And More

Lionsgate has officially unveiled the first Hellboy trailer for your viewing pleasure. The film has been teased all week with various trailers surfacing online, but now the first footage from the upcoming reboot has been unveiled for all to see.

Hellboy trailer: Neil Marshall reboots the series

David Harbour leads the cast of the new Hellboy with Dog Soldiers and The Descent director Neil Marshall at the helm. Boy, this looks like lots of fun.

As well as the trailer, we also have a bit about the plot.

This action-packed story sees Hellboy called to the English countryside to battle a trio of rampaging giants. There he discovers The Blood Queen, Nimue (Milla Jovovich, Resident Evil series), a resurrected ancient sorceress thirsting to avenge a past betrayal. Suddenly caught in a clash between the supernatural and the human, Hellboy is now hell-bent on stopping Nimue without triggering the end of the world.

Hellboy also features Ian McShane (John Wick), Daniel Dae Kim (“Hawaii Five-0” and “Lost”), and Sasha Lane (American Honey).

Summit Entertainment and Millennium Films presents, a Lawrence Gordon/Lloyd Levin production, in association with Dark Horse Entertainment, a Nu Boyana production, in association with Campbell Grobman Films.
