Naomi Watts is in negotiations to join Mel Gibson and Frank Grillo in Joe Carnahan’s Boss Level. Variety reports the news of the potential casting, before adding that Will Sasso will also star.
The trade says that the film will see Grillo play a retired special forces veteran trapped in a never-ending loop, resulting in his death every day. His character, Roy, has to figure out who is responsible and stop them in order to stop his endless suffering.
The Borey Brothers wrote the screenplay for the film, which will start rolling very soon.
