‘Baby Driver: Volume 2’ Soundtrack On The Way From Edgar Wright

Having already served up a soundtrack for his 2017 movie Baby Driver, Edgar Wright has confirmed via Twitter that a follow-up will be released. The soundtrack recording will be titled ‘Baby Driver Volume 2: The Score for a Score’, and will feature ‘unreleased songs from the film, as well as remixes, exclusive tracks, dialogue excerpts, plus the never-before-released score, composed by Steven Price.

Baby Driver was a massive hit for Sony Pictures last year, and Edgar Wright has already expressed interest in potentially making sequels to the film.

In the film, Baby (Ansel Elgort) – a talented, young getaway driver – relies on the beat of his personal soundtrack to be the best in the game. When he meets the girl of his dreams (Lily James), Baby sees a chance to ditch his criminal life and make a clean getaway. But after being coerced into working for a crime boss, he must face the music when a doomed heist threatens his life, love and freedom.
