Star Wars: The Last Jedi is out on digital download in the United States, with the UK to follow shortly, and the film’s director Rian Johnson has confirmed that the release will contain a music-only track featuring John Williams’ superb score from the movie. Johnson dropped the news on Twitter as the film hit the online download stores.
This is the full movie, but with no dialogue, fx or backgrounds… just John’s score. I really wanted to put this out, it’s really something to see John’s music play with the movie, like a silent film.

Whether this will make it to the UK version remains to be seen, but we’d assume so.
