Bloody Disgusting are reporting that there may be plans for a ninth movie in the hit Saw series. Jigsaw was released back in October and pulled in a touch over $100 million from a $10 million production budget.
The films are housed over at Twisted Pictures and Lionsgate, and there’s some movement over there which could lead to another film.
Blood Disgusting says that it’s just a “conversation” at the moment, and Jigsaw directors Michael and Peter Spierig will not be returning to their director’s chairs.
That’s all we have at the moment, but we’ll keep you updated with anything else we hear on the Saw 9 front.
