I can’t say that I’ve managed to see past the first episode of Marvel’s The Punisher on Netflix, but it must have been a hit with the fans as the streamer has renewed the show for a second season.
The first season debuted in full on Netflix on November 17th to fair to middling reviews, but I hear that the new incarnation of the Frank Castle story is far from a disaster. There’s no word yet as to when we can expect to see a second season, but with the likes of Jessica Jones season 2 due in March, Luke Cage season 2 just after that, and then Daredevil season 3 in late 2018 and Iron Fist season 2 on the way for early 2019, we won’t see it for at least 18 months.
As ever, we’ll keep you posted.
