‘The Crow’ Reboot To Possibly Go Before The Cameras In 2018

The Crow reboot looks like it will finally be going before the cameras in 2018. The film, which is called The Crow Reborn, is set to be directed by Corin Hardy with Jason Momoa playing the titular character.

Speaking to ScreenGreek, James O’Barr, the creator of the character, said that pre-production is finally set to start early next year, which hopefully should lead to a pretty quick shoot shortly afterwards?

“As of right now, it’s slated to start pre-production in February with a very talented British director named Corin Hardy”, he told the website. “I’m involved in every aspect of the film and working closely with the director”.

The Crow was first published by Caliber Comics in 1989, and adapted into a film with Brandon Lee as the title character just five years later. A big-screen reboot has been on the cards for quite some time, but hopefully this one will start to get some traction after this latest news.

We’ll bring you more as we get it.
