While we can clearly see Tom Hardy in the pic, it doesn’t reveal too much more, but it’s very clear that the hype definitely starts here for the Sony Pictures-produced blockbuster, which will arrive on screens in about a year’s time.
Hardy will play Eddie Brock in the film, who was last portrayed on the big screen by Topher Grace in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 3 in 2007. Shooting is taking place in New York City.
Riz Ahmed, Michelle Williams, and Reid Scott are also amongst the cast, while Ruben Fleischer directs from a screenplay by Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner. Venom hits screens on October 5th, 2018.
We’ll bring you more as we get it.
