Remember a movie called The Strangers from a few of years back? The horror film was written and directed by Bryan Bertino, starred Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman, and revolved around ‘ a young couple staying in an isolated vacation home are terrorized by three unknown assailants.’ Well, it looks like it is getting a sequel, ten years on, and we have the first image from it, which you can see below.
Strangers: Prey At Night is the title of the film, and it will be brought to the big screen by 47 Meters Down director Johannes Roberts, and the even better news is that it is getting a release less than six months from now.
The movie is pencilled in for a U.S. release on March 9th, 2018, and we already have a new plot synopsis. Check this out:
A family’s road trip takes a dangerous turn when they arrive at a secluded mobile home park to stay with some relatives and find it mysteriously deserted. Under the cover of darkness, three masked psychopaths pay them a visit to test the family’s every limit as they struggle to survive.
We don’t know too much more, other than that Christina Hendricks is amongst the cast. We will update you when we get more.
