Sky 1 is set to be the home of Marvel’s Inhumans in the UK, the broadcaster announced today. The series, which debuts on ABC Stateside this month, will premiere on Sky 1 this autumn. More on the Inhumans UK broadcast news below.

Marvel’s Inhumans UK broadcast details revealed!

Marvel’s Inhumans explores the never-before-told epic adventure of the Royal Family including Black Bolt, the enigmatic, commanding King of the Inhumans, with a voice so powerful that the slightest whisper can destroy a city. After the Royal Family of Inhumans is splintered by a military coup, they just manage to escape to Hawaii where they are greeted with surprising interactions with the lush world and humanity around them. Now they must find a way to reunite with each other and return home to Attilan before their way of life is destroyed forever.

The series stars Anson Mount (Hell on Wheels), Iwan Rheon (Riviera, Game of Thrones) and Serinda Swan (Ballers, Graceland) and will join Modern Family, The Simpsons and The Blacklist on Sky 1, the only place to watch the most popular shows from the US.

Marvel’s Inhumans is executive produced by Scott Buck (Dexter, Marvel’s Iron Fist) along with Jeph Loeb (Marvel’s Daredevil, Marvel’s Jessica Jones, Marvel’s Luke Cage) and Jim Chory (Marvel’s Daredevil, Marvel’s Jessica Jones, Marvel’s Luke Cage) with Buck serving as showrunner. Roel Reinè (The Delivery, Black Sails) directed the first two episodes. This series is a Marvel and IMAX project and is co-produced by Marvel Television and ABC Studios.

The acquisition of Marvel’s Inhumans for Sky 1 was negotiated by Lucy Criddle Sky’s Head of Acquisitions and distributor Disney UK & Ireland. The Marvel’s Inhumans UK broadcast is set for a date TBC this autumn.
