It sounds as if a sequel to 2015’s mega-boxing hit Creed could roll into production in 2018, accord to indications left by Sylvester Stallone. Trade bible Variety mentioned Stallone’s post on Instagram yesterday, which read:
“Getting stronger !!! 2018? and the hashtags #Creed 2 #mgm #fitness #Rocky.”
MGM said in response to the image, “We are continuing to work on developing the sequel to ‘Creed,’”

Creed took in over $178 million at the worldwide box-office and bagged Stallone a Best Supporting Actor Academy Award nomination.
Ryan Coogler directed Michael B. Jordan, who played the title character in the film, which was also met with mostly positive praise from critics around the world.
