It has been widely reported that Tom Cruise was seriously injured on the set of Mission: Impossible 6 earlier this week, and now it is being suggested that his injury could be worse than first feared.
British newspaper The Sun says: “The injury is worse than was at first feared. Tom did serious damage and will need months to recover. He is the film’s biggest star and everything revolves around him. The movie’s bosses had no choice other than to postpone the filming.”
The same report says that the film’s shoot, which was taking place in London. England, could now be delayed by four months as Cruise is apparently expected to return to the U.S. for treatment.
Obviously the film’s summer 2018 could be massively affected. There has been no official word from Paramount, the studio making the movie, or anyone involved.
We’ll bring you more as we get it.
