The first trailer for the upcoming biopic LBJ, which sees Woody Harrelson play the 26th President of the United States has debuted online. Jennifer Jason Leigh, Bill Pullman and C. Thomas Howell also star in the movie, which debuted at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival, where we were able to catch it.
In the film, Lyndon Johnson (Woody Harrelson) goes from being a powerful Senate majority leader to a powerless vice president before he becomes the president of the United States following the assassination of John F. Kennedy. It will release in U.S. cinemas in November.
Rob Reiner directs from a script by Joey Hartstone. Check out the new trailer below, and our full review of the film over here.
