The Love, Actually ‘sequel’ gets a teaser trailer ahead of Red Nose Day

In a just over a week, Red Nose Day graces our screens and big things are promised for this year, including a semi-sequel to Love, Actually. Red Nose Day Actually reunites most of the cast from the 2003 movie, a teaser trailer for which has just been released online through the BBC. You can watch the Red Nose Day Actually trailer below.

The follow up to Richard Curtis’ 2003 film Love Actually, Red Nose Day Actually stars Rowan Atkinson, Marcus Brigstocke, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Keir Charles, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Colin Firth, Hugh Grant, Keira Knightley, Andrew Lincoln, Martine McCutcheon, Lucia Moniz, Kate Moss, Liam Neeson, Bill Nighy, and Olivia Olson.

This first Red Nose Day trailer features Andrew Lincoln as Mark, the card-wielding romantic from the original movie who was hopelessly in love with Keira Knightley’s character.

The original movie follows the lives of eight very different couples in dealing with their love lives in various loosely interrelated tales all set during a frantic month before Christmas in London, England. It’s a film that we can’t fail to thrust into the DVD player every December, and we cannot wait to see what writer and director Richard Curtis has got up his sleeve with this tongue-in-cheek sequel of sorts.

Red Nose Day Actually will air on BBC One as part of Red Nose Day on Friday 24th March in the UK and NBC on Thursday 25th May in the USA.
