Actress Pheobe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag, Broadchurch) has joined the cast of the Han Solo movie, the stand-alone Star Wars project which is being directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller. The actress will play a CGI-character in the film, which has just started production, so reports Variety.
Waller-Bridge joins the already cast Donald Glover, Woody Harrelson and Emilia Clarke. Alden Ehrenreich is leading the film as the iconic character, with the story focussing on the early adventures of the legendary smuggler.
The as yet untitled Han Solo movie is scheduled to arrive in cinemas in May of 2018.
