Well, this one made us laugh out loud. Multiple times. The new Snatched red band trailer has arrived, and so have the funnies. Amy Schumer and Goldie Hawn star in the forthcoming comedy from 20th Century Fox, which will arrive in cinemas next year.
It has been 15 years since Goldie Hawn has been on our screens. Can you believe that? Her last movie was The Banger Sisters in 2001, and what a comeback this could be as the Snatched trailer is hilarious.

Here’s the official synopsis:
When her boyfriend dumps Emily, a spontaneous woman in her 30s, she persuades her ultra-cautious mom to accompany her on a vacation to Ecuador. At Emily’s insistence, the pair seek out adventure, but suddenly find themselves kidnapped. When these two very different women are trapped on this wild journey, their bond as mother and daughter is tested and strengthened while they attempt to navigate the jungle and escape.
The script was written by Ghostbusters and The Heat screenwriter Katie Dippold and is directed by Jonathan Levine. We so can’t wait for this one.
Amy Shumer also has the drama Thank You For Your Service also due for release in 2017, before she looks forward to playing the big-screen version of Barbie in a forthcoming movie based on the popular children’s toy. There’s no release date set for that as yet, but we’ll keep you posted.
Snatched will be released in the UK and the USA on 12th May 2017, but we really wish that we could see this tomorrow.
