Michael Keaton creates McDonalds in new poster for ‘The Founder’

A new poster for The Founder, the film which revolves around the origins of the McDonald’s empire, has found its way online. The film sees Michael Keaton star as Ray Kroc, a salesman who bought McDonald’s from its original founders and turned it into a global empire.

Here’s the official plot.

Written by Robert Siegel, The Founder is a drama that tells the true story of how Ray Kroc (Michael Keaton), a salesman from Illinois, met Mac and Dick McDonald, who were running a burger operation in 1950s Southern California. Kroc was impressed by the brothers’ speedy system of making the food and saw franchise potential. He manoeuvred himself into a position to be able to pull the company from the brothers and create a billion-dollar empire.

John Lee Hancock (Saving Mr. Banks) directs from Siegel’s screenplay. Check out the new poster below. The film hits cinemas at a future date TBC.
