Yahoo! Movies have unleashed an exclusive first look at George Miller’s Mad Max Fury Road: Blood & Chrome Edition, essentially the film presented in black and white – which looks and sounds amazing.
This version will be hitting stores in time for Christmas, and Yahoo! have today delivered a neat little clip showing what we can expect.
Take a look at this:
“Blood and Chrome Edition…will be available Dec. 6 in a two-disc set with the original theatrical release ($30) and also as part of the Mad Max High-Octane Collection ($55 for DVD; $80 for Blu-ray). The latter collects the full quartet of films — including Mad Max (1979), The Road Warrior (1982), and Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985) — along with a movie-length documentary on the saga and a making-of featurette on The Road Warrior. Both packages contain Miller’s introduction.
No word on whether this will make it to UK shores as yet as the release info above is purely for the North American markets. We’ll keep you posted though.
