Netflix have released the first trailer and poster for their new original documentary Audrie & Daisy, the real-life powerful documentary about sexual assault and what happened to two young women when their lives are subjected to the cruel world of social media.
This kind of study in the public eye is one that’s often overlooked, time and again, and so Bonni Cohen and Jon Shenk‘s doc comes along at an essential time. Audrie & Daisy is set to take a truthful and hard look at America’s teenagers who are growing up in a world of social media bullying that appears to constantly sping out of control.
Take a watch below at this vital work:
Audrie & Daisy streams on Netflix from Friday 23rd September.
