With the fifth Bourne movie due in cinemas this summer (actually next Wednesday here in the UK), the question is – will this be the last? Well, a lot depends on box-office of course, but it looks like the folks at Universal may already be plotting more movies in the very successful franchise for the studio.
Universal chairwoman Donna Langley spoke to The New York Times about the future of Bourne, saying; “here’s what I think the goal is: to keep Matt Damon and Paul Greengrass doing Bourne movies till they can’t do them anymore”.
Jason Bourne sees original actor and director, Matt Damon and Paul Greengrass, return to the iconic series they created along with Alicia Vikander, Julia Stiles, Vincent Cassel and Tommy Lee Jones.
Jason Bourne opens on July 289th. We’ll be bringing you a full review as it comes in.
