Ahead of its released this coming December, the folks over at 20th Century Fox have released a brand new behind-the-scenes look at their big-screen adaptation of the video game Assassin’s Creed.
The film will star Michael Fassbender, Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, Brendan Gleeson, Michael K. Williams, and Ariane Labed, and is directed by Justin Kurzel, who worked with Fassbender and Cotillard on last year’s new adaptation of Macbeth.
This new Assassins Creed featurette takes a look at the thrilling stunts seen in the new movie, as well as a few interviews with the cast and crew, primarily Fassbender and Kurzel. There’s also some really rather impressive footage from the movie, including a look at Irons, Gleeson and Cotillard. After the disappointment which was Warcraft, could this be the video game adaptation to break the mould of poor translations to the big-screen? We certainly hope so.
