A new, very 70s looking trailer has debuted for The Nice Guys, the new Shane Black-directed action-comedy, which arrives in cinemas in just a few weeks.
The Nice Guys will debut in front of Cannes audiences in a couple of weeks at the 69th Cannes Film Festival, and both Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe are expected to be in attendence. Here’s the plot.
“The Nice Guys” takes place in 1970s Los Angeles, when down-on-his-luck private eye Holland March (Gosling) and hired enforcer Jackson Healy (Crowe) must work together to solve the case of a missing girl and the seemingly unrelated death of a porn star. During their investigation, they uncover a shocking conspiracy that reaches up to the highest circles of power.
Icon will distribute in the UK, with Warner Bros. taking the film on domestic soil. It arrives in U.K. cinemas on June 3rd, and in the U.S. on May 20th.
