After Spring – one of the most heartfelt and thought provoking documentaries debuting at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival – has released its first trailer online and we couldn’t wait to share it with all of you.

‘A Human face to the voices so rarely heard’

With the Syrian conflict entering its sixth year, the 10 million people displaced by this crisis are in a state of stasis; unable to return home, yet also unsure as to whether they should rebuild their lives in a place they do not wish to be.

Taking an intimate look inside the largest Syrian refugee camp and the second largest refugee camp in the world, After Spring tells the story of what happens next for the 80,000 people in transition – more than half of whom are under 18 years old – and the aid workers who fight to keep the Zaatari camp running.

One of our top ten films to see at Tribeca ’16, we can’t wait to share our review of the film with you next month but in the interim, click below to meet the warm and extraordinarily resilient residents of Zaatari.

For those of you who live in New York or who are heading into town mid April, you can catch a screening of After Spring at Bow Tie Cinemas Chelsea on Thursday 14 April at 6:30pm or Monday 18 April at 2:30pm and at the Regal Cinemas Battery Park on Friday 15 April at 7:45pm or Tuesday 19 April at 7:45pm.
