The highly anticipated sequel to Walt Disney’s Alice In Wonderland his cinemas in a little over two months. James Bobin directs Alice Through The Looking Glass, the big-budgeted tent-pole that Disney will release at the end of May. The studio has just released a brand new teaser for the upcoming film, which you can watch below.
The film is an all-new spectacular adventure featuring the unforgettable characters from Lewis Carroll’s beloved stories, Alice returns to the whimsical world of Underland and travels back in time to save the Mad Hatter.
Linda Woolverton wrote the screenplay for the film, which is based on characters created by Lewis Carroll. Alice Through the Looking Glass reunites the all-star cast from the first movie, which wqs released back in 2010, including: Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, Mia Wasikowska and Helena Bonham Carter along with the voices of Alan Rickman, Stephen Fry, Michael Sheen and Timothy Spall. Zanik Hightopp (Rhys Ifans), the Mad Hatter’s father and Time himself (Sacha Baron Cohen), a peculiar creature who is part human, part clock, all appear in the new movie.
