Here’s our first look at Seth Rogen‘s adult animated comedy Sausage Party. It was confirmed by Deadline late yesterday that the film will be present at this month’s SXSW festival in Austin, Texas, in a work-in-progress form.
Rogen, Jonah Hill, Kristen Wiig, Paul Rudd and Nick Kroll voice characters in the film, and Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg will direct.
The film tells the story of one sausage’s quest to discover the truth about his existence. After falling out of a shopping cart, our hero sausage and his new friends embark on a perilous journey through the supermarket to get back to their aisles before the Fourth of July sale.
Rogen will attend the festival, and also present his new AMC show, Preacher.
