Jeremy Irons and Brendon Gleeson have joined the cast of the in-production Assassin’s Creed film, which is being led by Michael Fassbender. Deadline report the news of the two acting talents’ additions to the cast.
We don’t know who the two are playing in the film as yet, but with the likes of Fassbender, Marion Cotillard, Michael Kenneth Williams, Ariane Labed and these two appearing in the movie version of the video game, we’re in for a treat.
Justin Kurzel, who has just directed Fassbender and Cotillard in last week’s big release, Macbeth, directs.
The Assassin’s Creed movie will be released in December of next year.
