We debuted the very first Victor Frankenstein trailer yesterday afternoon, along with the US poster, and now we can debut the first UK poster for the film, which arrives in cinemas in December.

[quote_box_center]James McAvoy and Daniel Radcliffe star in a dynamic and thrilling twist on a legendary tale.  Radical scientist Victor Frankenstein (James McAvoy) and his equally brilliant protégé Igor Strausman (Daniel Radcliffe) share a noble vision of aiding humanity through their groundbreaking research into immortality. But Victor’s experiments go too far, and his obsession has horrifying consequences.  Only Igor can bring his friend back from the brink of madness and save him from his monstrous creation.[/quote_box_center]

Love the look of this upcoming movie, and the fact that Paul McGuigan is back behind the camera for his first feature since Push back in 2009. Since then the Scottish directed has been keeping busy in TV with some quality work on the likes of Sherlock and Scandal.

Victor Frankenstein will be released in cinemas in the UK on December 4th. The film also stars Mark Gatiss, Jessica Brown Findlay and Andrew Scott.

Max Landis at wrote the screenplay and 20th Century Fox will release.

Compare the UK poster with the US version (below). Kinda preferring the UK one, though it does remind me of Kenneth Branagh’s version a little bit. Watch the trailer for Victor Frankenstein below.
