San Andreas star Dwayne Johnson has shared the very first image for his next big action film Central Intelligence, which has just finished up shooting. The smokey image of ‘Bob’ was released through the big man’s Instagram page.

Central Intelligence is actually described as an action/comedy, which you’ll discover from Jonhson’s detailed character description below. Rawson Marshall Thurber (We’re The Millers) directs.

Let’s take a look:

A blast crafting and creating this dude… The inspiration behind this character “Bob” has always been Tom Hanks in “BIG” with an added twist. He’s a grown man who’s extremely childlike and views the world thru exuberant and enthusiastic teenage eyes… Loves to wear his favorite Public Enemy shirt, cargo pants and sneakers to work.. and rocks a fanny pack which holds his Bruce Lee quotes and a condom (he’s always prepared). The “added twist” is Bob has an extremely high IQ and is one of the most lethal men on the planet as a C.I.A. contract killer. Oh the most important character trait.. He hates bullies. Can’t wait for y’all to meet “Bob”. #FightThePower #BeWaterMyFriend #FannyPackYetDeadly CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE. SUMMER 2016.

I love this, and the fact that the character is such a bad-ass too. Kevin Hart also stars in the movie as a former American football star turned accountant, which should be quite interesting too.

Personally, I love everything that this guy touches, and with two massive movies behind him this year (the other being Furious 7), we can only expect Johnson to go on to even bigger, better things. The former WWE wrestler also has a number of other projects on the go with the Disney film Moana in the pipeline and the HBO drama/ comedy Ballers which is set to debut on the cable network later this month.

Amy Ryan, Danielle Nicolet, and Bobby Brown also appear in Central Intelligence, which has a release date set for 16th June, 2016 in the US. Read our review of the current chart-topping San Andreas here.
