Watch the first trailer for Steven Spielberg’s ‘Bridge Of Spies’

Late on a Friday and Dreamworks Pictures/ Fox 2000 have released the very first trailer for Steven Spielberg‘s upcoming thriller Bridge Of Spies, which reunites the legendary director with The Terminal star Tom Hanks.

The film doesn’t open until October, and is probably going to be with us for next year’s awards season judging by the trailer. Pretty meaty stuff. The script for the film is written by British playwrite Matt Charman and Ethan Coen & Joel Coen (Fargo, O’Brother Where Art Thou).

We’ve got the first poster (above), and you can watch the trailer after the official synopsis below. Catch Bridge of Spies in cinemas from October 16th.
