I’m probably one of the few who didn’t enjoy Mad Max: Fury Road as much as the majority of people out there, but I do have to applaud its groundbreaking style and sensory overload in terms of high-octane action and special effects. The film is one of those that contain limited CGI, and when effects are used, you kind of don’t notice they have been.
A series of images have just popped up online that show the before and after shots from some of the key scenes in writer/ director George Miller’s movie, and they’re really interesting to look at.
These are posted in no-chronological order, but in each set, the first is the ‘before,’ and the second the ‘after’ VFX, final shot as we see it in the movie. Quite interesting. Mad Max: Fury Road is now playing.
