The ENTOURAGE movie is one summer movie that I personally can not wait for. The television series set inside the film industry was HBO’s male counterpart to Sex and the City. Never one for pretty shoes and handbags this writer always preferred Entourage especially given the sheer amount of Hollywood A-Listers who popped up in every episode.
One of the shows best characters was high-powered agent Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven). The series came to an end with Vince (Adrian Grenier) about to wed Alice Eve’s reporter Sophia, E (Kevin Connolly) and Sloan (Emanuelle Chriqui) were pregnant, and Ari had left the film industry behind him to focus on time with his family in Italy. The very end saw Ari receive a very important and tempting offer to become a studio head.
Now ahead of the films release Warner Bros have released an exclusive short film about Ari’s time in Italy. Part trailer, part cadillac advert the story follows Ari as he wrestles with his desire to return to the big city lights. Check it out now:
ENTOURAGE hits UK cinemas on 19th June.
