He’s just saved the city of London, before being carted off by the Russians, but it seems that we haven’t seen the last of Jack Bauer as the Chairman and CEO of the Fox network in the US, Gary Newman, has revealed that 24 could be heading back to our screens.
Newman told TVLine that there is “nothing immediate” on the horizon, but added: “We have been developing another version of 24, but it’s still very early in the process.
“There’s nothing we could tell you at this time other than we are working on something.”
Could that something be another TV series as our headline suggested, or could it finally be a movie version of the show, which is led by Kiefer Sutherland? Newman was quoted as saying version, not another season… The other possibility is that it could be a new season without the involvement of Sutherland, who has previously expressed that he may be done with the character?
Could the series go all Bourne on us?
We’ll keep you posted.
