I don’t know what it is about these bonkers little fellas but I’m strangely excited about the upcoming MINIONS movie! It’s not Shakespeare, it’s not Nolan but it’s usually ridicolous fun and sight-gags. To be honest, it’s a refreshing break from the usual stuff we get out there. There was a first trailer last year and now we’ve got a huge new one with a run-down involving the plot and what to expect.
This time, in Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment new outing, we join MINIONS at the dawn of time. Starting as single-celled yellow organisms, Minions evolve through the ages, perpetually serving the most despicable of masters. Continuously unsuccessful at keeping these masters—from the T-Rex to Napoleon—they eventually find themselves without someone to serve and get a bit depressed.
But Kevin has a plan, and he—alongside teenage rebel Stuart and lovable little Bob—ventures out into the world to find a new evil boss for his brethren to follow.
Starring the voices of Sandra Bullock, Jon Hamm, Michael Keaton and Steve Coogan. It’s what you want, check it out below and scroll down for the poster:
MINIONS opens on 26th June in the UK.
