THE FANTASTIC FOUR trailer is here! A superhero project that some are eyeing rather dubiously has today revealed a first glimpse at the project.
Give it a watch below:
Gone are the bright colours and camp one-liners of the previous movies which starred Jessica Alba and Chris Evans, replaced with a more muted palette and serious tone. It feels somewhere between the trailer for BATMAN BEGINS and INTERSTELLAR.
Director Josh Trank, who also gave us CHRONICLE, has recently stated that he approached the project as though it were not a Superhero movie but instead a ‘hard science fiction’ film. He went on to say that he believes his version of the four friends who find themselves gifted with extraordinary powers has more in common with a David Cronenberg film; if this is the case we can’t wait to see Jamie Bell pull a Goldblum as he morphs into The Thing.
So what do you think? Are you anymore excited for the film now? Let us know below or via our Twitter!
FANTASTIC 4 stars Kate Mara, Jamie Bell, Miles Teller and Michael B Jordon hits cinemas everywhere from 6th August 2015.
