Didn’t your parents tell you that too much social media would kill you one day?
Well thanks to Universal Studios, it appears that that day has finally come if you believe their latest trailer.
UNFRIENDED is a thrilling death-by-Skype horror centring upon six high school friends who, whilst video chatting on the anniversary of former classmate Laura Barnes’ death, find themselves interrupted by a mysterious and deadly cyberstalker using the dead girl’s account.
Written by Nelson Greaves (MY BLOODY MADELEINE: THE MAKING OF SWANN’S BLOOD) and directed by Levan Gabriadze (LUCKY TROUBLE), the film stars Shelley Hennig (OUIJA), Will Peltz (MEN, WOMEN & CHILDREN), Jacob Wysocki (PITCH PERFECT), Courtney Halverson and relatively unknowns including Matthew Bohrer, Cal Barnes, Mickey River, Renee Olstead, Heather Sossaman, and Moses Jacob Storm.
