While Hollywood continue to ignore my “hot girls trapped in melting igloo with sharks” idea, the franchise that put the world’s most misunderstood sea creature back on the movie map is gearing up for the next instalment. Sharknado 3 will see freak weather conditions and dizzy predators combine, this time whizzing down the Eastern Seaboard in a frenetic death munch.
These films are written by someone called Thunder Levin, a name which in itself could get its own franchise. Anyway, Levin returns, alongside director Anthony C. Ferrante and stars Ian Ziering and Tara Reid.
Sharknado 2: The Second One cemented the silliness with record ratings for Syfy and carte blanche to producers The Asylum to plan further chapters. No subtitle for the film exists as yet, but as the social media storm prepares to break here are some suggestions:
Sharknado 3:The Chomping
Sharknado 3: The Wind Beneath My Windpipe
Sharknado 3: Buffet In The Breeze
Sharknado 3: This Time It’s Precipitational
