The Minions have become the most successful part of the DESPICABLE ME franchise, with toys and merchandise littered absolutely everywhere. Now we look back over the history of MINIONS in this brand new trailer. We discover that Minions have always sort out the most despicable master, and we see them helping out a T-Rex, Napoleon, and even Dracula. Apparently the film is going to skip the part where they served under Hitler. The film will detail the events that lead our yellow friends to America back in the 1960s, as they become workers for Scarlett Overkill (Sandra Bullock). The trailer is quaintly narrated and comes across as its own short story.
MINIONS is set to be released 26th June in the UK and 10th July in the US. It stars the voices of Sandra Bullock, Michael Keaton, Jon Hamm, Steve Coogan, Jennifer Saunders, Hiroyuki Sanada, Steve Carell, Pierre Coffin, Chris Renaud, and Dave Rosenbaum.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies. His favourite films include SEVEN SAMURAI, PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC, IN BRUGES, LONE STAR, GODZILLA, and a thousand others.
