The first trailer for JOHN WICK, a new film starring Keanu Reeves, has hit the web. The film follows Reeves’ title character, an ex-hit man forced out of retirement to track down the gangsters that took everything from him. Chad Stahelski directs the film, which also stars Michael Nyqvist, Alfie Allen, Adrianne Palicki, Dean Winters, Bridget Moynahan, Ian McShane, John Leguizmo and Willem Dafoe.
The role seems like perfect movie fodder for Liam Neeson, or a Jason Statham type, but an interesting choice for Reeves, but we’re excited all the same.
Watch the first trailer below. This one has a US release date penciled in for the 24th of October, though a UK release is yet to be scheduled.
