Snyder Calls Radio Show To Defend Aquaman’s Honour!

Earlier today, a video recording surfaced of Zack Snyder – he who will be directing the upcoming BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE – calling in to 97.1 The Ticket, a radio show that was actively making rather disparaging remarks about Aquaman. His aims? To set them on the path of the Atlantean, to defend his honour and to just reaffirm, in case anyone was wondering, how much of a badass Aquaman is.

When you listen to the video, you’ll hear a man claiming that their caller is Zack Snyder and Twitter reports indicate that several sources confirm that the caller is indeed the go-to guy for DC’s biggest and best:

Hey, it’s Zack, yeah. … Yeah, yeah I’m on my way to the set right now and I was listening to you guys on the radio.”

Snyder takes the time to explain that Aquaman has some pretty ‘cool abilities’ and that if he wanted to go toe-to-toe with Superman himself, his trident could cut his flesh. Does this mean that Aquaman and Superman may go toe-to-toe in the upcoming MAN OF STEEL sequel? Or JUSTICE LEAGUE perhaps? Considering they’re filming for both films back-to-back, it’s not that implausible.  Check out the video below!

BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jesse Eisenberg, Ray Fisher and Gal Gadot. It will arrive in theaters March 25th, 2016.

It opens in 2016 and worldwide on May 6th.
