Jump Into The UK Trailer For Zach Braff’s ‘Wish I Was Here’

Zack Braff’s WISH I WAS HERE has already opened over in the States to positive reviews and now it’s set to hit the UK from September 19th, I’m looking forward to seeing the final product!

VERONICA MARS was one of the recent success stories on Kickstarter and the power of the fans and Braff used the same model to get his new one going as well. GARDEN STATE was such an iconic hit that when it was suggested Braff wanted to follow it up, friends and fans alike jumped onto the project and gave what they could to make it happen, including this writer here.

WISH I WAS HERE is written, directed and stars Zach Braff, alongside starring Kate Hudson, Pierce Gagnon, Josh Gad, Joey King, Jim Parsons and Ashley Greene. It follows the life of Aidan Bloom (Zach Braff), an L.A-based mid-thirties husband, out-of-work actor and non-practicing Jew. As he approaches a tough time in his life, he’s reluctant to give up on his dream of becoming an actor yet starts to understand the strain he’s putting on his wife, Sarah (Kate Hudson), the sole breadwinner. When his father (played by Mandy Patinkin) becomes ill, Aidan starts to re-consider everything and for all the right reasons.
