We reported earlier on that Kevin Smith has run into a little trouble with his planned CLERKS III movie (read about that here), but he’s still got his chin-up and has released the first poster for his man/walrus movie TUSK. We haven’t a clue as to when this will see the light of day (though Smith says Fall in the upcoming quote), but we’re a little excited to see what Smith can do with a balls-out horror movie which originated from a conversation during a podcast.
While you’re here, however? That script for TUSK that I wrote? We turned into an actual movie that’s coming out this fall from A24. Oddly enough, it’s the best film I’ve ever made (or at the very least, the most interesting). Thank you all for saying #WalrusYes on Twitter last year. Can’t wait to show you the movie. In the meantime, here’s the poster…
…yes, here is that poster.
BTW, Smith has confirtmed that he will take the first trailer for the film to the San Diego Comic Con, and unleash it during his Hall H panel on the Saturday night.
