As we all know, filmmaker and podcaster Kevin Smith visited the Pinewood set of STAR WARS EPISODE VII recently, and posted the following selfie on the internet with his eyes all welled up from said experience. Now it seems that a few more details about his visit to the set have been revealed. This from the Daily Mirror.
So far every single detail of the upcoming picture is being kept well under JJ Abrams’ hat but according to Flickering Myth, when asked: “Did you see Stormtroopers?” over come with excitement he gave a massive nod while smiling from ear to ear.
Flickering Myth is an established UK website and a very reliable source, and I suspect they got a word in with Smith during one of his recent live podcast performances over here. Still, Stormtroopers in the STAR WARS sequels? Wow.
STAR WARS EPISODE VII is now shooting at Pinewood Studios in the UK and is scheduled for a December 2015 release.
