Battersea Power Station & Everyman Announce Great Films For ‘The Power of Summer’

Battersea Power Station and Everyman Media Group have announced some great films that you’ll be able to watch in the shadow of the iconic building at the unique cinema experience that is… The Power Of Summer!

You’ll be able to see a whole host of movies on a nine meter LED screen – one of the biggest outdoor screens in the UK – while enjoying food from the awesome Street Feast (In association with Heineken) at the Battersea Pop-Up Park in front of the towering Power Station from July 10th until August 31st.

This will also be the last summer that we’ll all have access to the Pop-Up Park at Battersea Power Station before that area of the 42 acre redevelopment progresses.

You can buy tickets now for an array of great films including the American classic FIGHT CLUB featuring Brad Pitt, the horror comedy AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON and the iconic BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY’S. As a special treat, the Power of Summer series is also showing PINOCCHIO for the kids as a Saturday matinee and GHOSTBUSTERS, that’s also in its 30th Anniversary year!

The cinema has a capacity of 250 seats, 76 of which will be premier tickets with bespoke made pods designed to offer a more private experience for couples and small groups, which will also have the luxury of pre-film table service as well as being covered. With various other seating options around the park, there will also be a licenced partially covered bar area, plus the renowned Street Feast will be bringing some of the best food traders from across London as well as vibrant music keeping the atmosphere alive for all the visitors.

Street Feast have an excellent history of taking over unique urban spaces from old car parks to derelict building yards so is well set to inject life into the park space. With a host of top street food traders including Le Bun, Spit & Roast, Popdogs, Mama’s Jerk and Anna Maes the choice on offer will be unrivalled as well as a partially covered bar area including a Prosecco & Oyster Bar.

Site admission to park is free before 17.30pm or £5 after and all weekend

Cinema prices:

Matinee general £10, matinee premier seats £15, children £7.50 per person

Evening general £15, evening premier £25 per person
