Previously we’d just had the one shot, back on January 1st, but now we’ve got a host of new stills to share for EXODUS: GODS AND KINGS starring Christian Bale and directed by Ridley Scott.
It seems that with this new look, they’ve also added more to the title as it was originally just titled EXODUS but maybe they felt a CLASH OF THE TITANS or 300 extra part was needed to drag in the crowds and to avoid thinking it’s the film version of Bob Marley’s 1977 album. Probably.
In this film, Bale plays Moses and it’ll chronicle his life and story of him leading the Israelite slaves out of Egypt. It’ll feature his revolution against Pharaoh Ramses II (Joel Edgerton) and also co-stars Aaron Paul, Ben Kingsley, John Turturro and Sigourney Weaver. NOAH didn’t go down that well but the biblical epic appears to be back and we’re sure Bale and the cast here will give it all they’ve got – as it’s one hell of a tale.
Check out these shots thanks to Entertainment Weekly and head over to them for a few more:
EXODUS: GODS AND KINGS opens around the world across December 2014.
