Surprisingly, this isn’t another side project for the Marvel Studio that centres around the live of Nick Fury as he regathers his life after the last outing but instead the new project for hard-hitting director David Ayer, a man who pulls back no punches for FURY – this very serious World War Two movie.
Brad Pitt stars opposite Shia Labeouf, Michael Pena, Logan Lerman, and Jon Bernthal for the film set at end of WWII, as the Allies make their move into Europe, this old battle-scarred Wardaddy (Pitt) takes a Sherman tank and a five-man crew over enemy lines into Nazi Germany.
Ayer loves his ensemble pieces so don’t expect anything less with FURY and certainly, almost definitely, expect aggression, blood, guns, realism and a bloody big tank- as proven in this first trailer:
For previous coverage click here and a little reminder that FURY opens on October 24th in the UK and (as the poster states) on November 14th in North America.
