TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES, the 2014 version, is just a couple of months away from its August 8th release date in the US, and while we in the UK have to wait a touch longer (17th October!!!), we’re digging these new posters from Paramount which were released just yesterday. The posters, which are street-art inspired character pieces, feature all of the four hip-heroes-in-a-half-shell, plus the demented villain Shredder, played by William Fichtner. Megan Fox, Alan Ritchson, Jeremy Howard, Pete Ploszek, Noel Fisher, Will Arnett, and Danny Woodburn also star.
Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April O’Neil and her cameraman Vernon Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan.
Check out the posters below. The last one is by street artist Mike Johnson, and has also seemingly been endorsed by the studio. Great work!
