We were all very, very excited to see Wesley Snipes on the red carpet for X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST in London last night, and while he didn’t do a lot of press – he rightly chose to spend his time speaking to fans instead – the DEMOLITION MAN star did stop by to speak to Total Film, and spilled some beans on a potential sequel to one of his most popular films.
The star, who will return to the screen this summer with THE EXPENDABLES 3, mentioned that a sequel to the 1990s basketball flick WHITE MEN CAN’T JUMP could happen.
Here’s what he had to say?
“Yeah, man, come on Woody [Harrelson], let’s do it! Actually, they’ve been trying to get us to do something like that for awhile. We just have to figure out the script now.”
Here’s the original video.
I personally don’t actually think that he’s referring to a WHITE MEN CAN’T JUMP sequel, but more in terms of reuniting with Woody for a new project. You know what I’m thinking? True Detective Season 2. For real. Let’s make this happen!
