Jon Favreau is clearly a man of many talents as he is set to star in CHEF, having also written and directed the film. The latest poster is all smiles too as Chef Carl Casper (Favreau) hits the road in a food truck, having quit his high profile job suddenly after disagreements with his boss (Dustin Hoffman). Along for the ride are his ex-wife (Sofia Vergara), friend (John Leguizamo) and son (Emjay Anthony).
Starting from scratch never tasted so good – or so says the poster. This is sure to be a fun, family drama as the titular chef reconnects with his love of food.
The film also stars Scarlett Johansson, Bobby Cannavale, Oliver Platt, and Favreau’s IRON MAN co-star Robert Downey Jr.
CHEF is slated for release in the UK on 20th June 2014.
