The more I see from Bryan Singer’s long-awaited return to the X-MEN franchise, the more I can’t wait until 22nd May to finally gaze upon X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. After a long dry spell between October and March, the brilliant marketing campaign for Marvel’s latest mutant adventure has kicked off with a bang.
Last month we were treated to the phenomenal new trailer for 20th Century Fox’ seventh X-MEN film, and since then a whole host of promotional images and stills have been released online on an almost daily basis. Now ten brand new character posters have hit the net showcasing the main characters of X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST in an incredibly stylish manner. It’s clear that Fox are hoping their second largest production will finally break the X-MEN franchise into AVENGERS-level territory in terms of box office numbers and critical reception. Although that may seem like a very high goal to achieve Fox are certainly heading in the right direction, and having Hugh Jackman front and centre of their marketing campaign can’t hurt their chances either.
You can check out the amazing new posters below for what is looking to be the film of the summer!
X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST will hit UK theatres on 22nd May and stars Hugh Jackman, Halle Berry, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Shawn Ashmore and Ellen Page.
