Ever been scared bleepless over American Horror Story? Well prepare yourself because if the news of the next location is anything to go by, it might just be the scariest yet. Staff writer Douglas Petrie has revealed that season four looks set to take place in a carnival.
While co-creator Ryan Murphy has already revealed that season four will be set in the 1950s, but Petrie’s reveal has been the first inkling as to what direction the season will take. He said:
“It doesn’t have a title, but that’s the idea…Very roughly, that’s the idea”
American Horror Story season four also looks set to be the last season for Jessica Lange as she revealed back in November that season four “will be it” for her. It’s not clear if series regulars Evan Peters, Lily Rabe and Denis O’Hare will be returning just yet.
All we know is if AHS is going for a carnival theme, keep it low on the killer clowns Murphy! American Horror Story is set to return in late 2014.
